IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE:
For all Randolph Health Facilities Prior to Your Appointment
All patients and anyone accompanying a patient (for patients requiring assistance) will be expected to have their nose and mouth covered with a homemade mask, bandana, scarf, or something similar during their entire visit at any Randolph Health facility. If you arrive to your appointment without a face covering, your appointment may be rescheduled. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a mask, as those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for health care workers, as recommended by current CDC guidance. Young children may not tolerate cloth face coverings very well, and it is not recommended for children under the age of 2. For newborns and infants, consider covering their car seat with a light blanket or covering, or holding a light blanket away from, but over the infant’s face (as if they were covered during breastfeeding). Click here for more information from the CDC regarding cloth face coverings and how to make your own.

Now Offering Telehealth Visits
Randolph Health Medical Group is now offering telehealth visits, which most insurances are covering. Check with your insurance provider for coverage of these types of services. Please contact your provider’s office to see if telehealth is available.
